This was decided by the executive committee of the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) at its meeting in London today. Although it remains unknown which top European teams will compete in the German capital, one winner is already clear: Berlin.</p>

     <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Singapore Airlines has signed a major contract with Accenture for the development of a new IT system to enable the Airline to deliver an enhanced travel experience that focuses on meeting more of its customers&#39; travel needs.</p>

<p>Under the terms of the contract, Accenture will develop a new Customer Experience Management (CEM) system, with implementation scheduled for the second half of 2014. Accenture was selected following an extensive review which included proposals from nearly 30 vendors.</p>

<p>Financial terms of the contract are confidential, but the award is one element of a multi-million-dollar investment programme by SIA to further enhance the experience of its customers.</p>

<p>The new system will help staff across different touch points to more quickly understand a customer&#39;s needs, creating opportunities to deliver the right service with greater efficiency. The system will also provide the foundation to enhance analytical capabilities in a later phase.</p>

<p>Training for all frontline staff has commenced under the CEM programme, with a focus on soft skills to create extraordinary moments in delighting customers.</p>

<p>KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and Pegasus Airlines announced today that they have signed a code share agreement effective for sales May 27th and for travel June 3rd, 2013. Passengers will benefit from quick and easy transfers between Pegasus flights and KLM flights through Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen airport and Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport.</p>

<p><br />The agreement enables KLM to market under KLM flight numbers flights between Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen airport and Amsterdam, and flights between Izmir and Amsterdam, for connections to any of the 150 destinations on the KLM network.</p>

<p>Also an interline agreement has been concluded, allowing passengers to travel on a single KLM ticket between any airport served by Pegasus in Turkey and any airport served by KLM.</p>

     <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>MIAMI  -- Carnival Corporation &amp; plc (NYSE/LSE: CCL; <a href="http://finance.google.com/finance?q=CUK" target="_blank">NYSE: CUK</a>) today announced that it has updated earnings guidance for the second half of 2013, primarily due to lower net revenue yield expectations.</p>

<p>Current cruise ticket pricing for the company has driven higher booking volumes however, at the same time, it has led to lower than anticipated net revenue yields which has resulted in reduced earnings guidance.</p>

<p>The company now expects full year 2013 net revenue yields to be down 2 to 3 percent compared to the previous flat yield guidance for the year. In addition, voyage cancellations beyond those incorporated in the company&#39;s previous earnings guidance, as well as increased selling and administrative costs, are expected to reduce earnings by approximately $0.10 per share.</p>

<p>Based on the above factors, as well as current fuel prices of $674 per metric ton and currency exchange rates of $1.30 to the Euro and $1.53 to the pound, the company now expects full year 2013 EPS to be in the range of $1.45 to $1.65 compared to its previous earnings guidance range of $1.80 to $2.10. The company continues to expect second quarter 2013 EPS to be in the range of $0.04 to $0.08 per share despite slightly lower yield expectations.</p>

<p>The company will announce second quarter results and more details of its 2013 full year guidance (updated for current spot prices for fuel and exchange rates) during its regularly scheduled earnings conference call to be held in late June 2013.</p>

<p>ATLANTA &#8211; The Crowne Plaza&#174; Hotels &amp; Resorts brand today revealed the results of its first-ever Sleep Advantage&#174; Survey, uncovering the sleeping habits of PGA TOUR golfers during tournament weeks. Leading up to the 2013 Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial, the upscale hotel brand partnered with the PGA TOUR to survey 285 members of the golf community, from professional golfers including Rickie Fowler, Richard Lee, Charley Hoffman, Jonas Blixt and Brendan Steele, to caddies and PGA TOUR staffers.</p>

<p>The Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage Survey found that 94 percent of golfers, and more than a quarter of all survey participants, spend more than 60 nights a year in a hotel for business. On average, those surveyed get nearly seven hours of sleep per night during tournament weeks, with hotel amenities such as comfortable pillows (90 percent) and a room in a quiet area (79 percent) very important to ensure a good night&#39;s sleep.</p>

<p>The Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage Survey also revealed that members of the golf community typically hit the pillow around 10:30 p.m. The assurance of a wake-up call, another guarantee from the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage program, was a priority for 53 percent, with the average wake-up time being 6:06 a.m. on a tournament day.</p>

This will be the first Staybridge Suites property, offering an extended stay experience, in Saudi Arabia.</p>

<p>Staybridge Suites Hira Street will be located in central Jeddah just 7km from Jeddah&#39;s King Abdulaziz International Airport.  It will be developed on a 14,700sqm plot and will form part of Dyafah Al Mutahida LLC&#39;s mixed-used development including retail outlets, healthcare facilities and a multi-purpose hall. </p>

<p>Deliveries of the aircraft are expected to begin in 2014.</p>

Additionally, overall operating loss has been improved at the rate of 87% to 23 million TL, and net profit has been improved at the rate of 24% to 22 million TL. Despite the loss figures according to the seasonal factors, radical improvement in results points to a better financial standing for 2013 as compared with 2012. </p>

<p>During the first quarter of 2013, 10 million passengers were carried by the rate of an 26% increase in passenger traffic. In response to the 21% increase in available seat kilometers (ASK), revenue passenger kilometers (RPK) increased by 30%, therefore the percent of the passenger load factor amounted to 77.9% percent in system-wide increasing by 5.1 points. International to international transfer passengers shared in the total international passenger rate which reached to 40%. According to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), for the same period the overall industry growth in terms of the ASK and RPK, were respectively 2,3% and 4,2%. <br /> <br />Along with the 6 new routes that have been launched in 2013, total number in international lines reached to 187, and the number of countries flown to is 99. As from today, the number of aircraft on the fleet of Turkish Airlines is 219, which comprises 173 narrow body, 37 wide body, and 9 cargo aircrafts. In addition to the earlier aircraft orders which have been recently made as 117 aircrafts to Airbus and 95 aircrafts to Boeing by targeting a giant fleet, Turkish Airlines&#39; fleet will be composed of approximately 400-450 aircrafts in coming 10 years.</p>

<p>PLANO, Texas - Granite Properties announced the groundbreaking today for a speculative office tower and the four-star, 299-key Hilton Granite Park conference hotel. Both projects are designed by BOKA Powell architects and slated for completion in mid-2014. Granite Properties has engaged Woodbine Development Corporation as hotel development consultant. The two new structures are part of the existing 90- acre mixed-use development located at the Sam Rayburn Thollway (S.H. 121) and the Dallas North Tollway in Plano, Texas.</p>

<p>The 12-story, 300,000-square-foot Class A office tower, known as Granite Park IV, is being built to achieve LEED Silver certification, featuring energy efficient building systems, unique exterior lighting elements, as well as a fitness center, conference space and a five-level garage. The building is surrounded by extensive landscaped walkways and water features that connect to the adjacent buildings.</p>

<p><br />The selection for Barcelona flights will grow when Vueling commences flights from Helsinki Airport in May. Vueling will provide the route three times per week on an Airbus 320. During the summer months, in addition to Vueling, Finnair will fly to Barcelona twice a day, and Norwegian will fly six times a week.</p>

<p>In addition to the Helsinki route, Vueling will introduce 27 new routes from Barcelona in the summer.</p>

     <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Copenhagen Airport is introducing self-service bag drop facilities, which will make check-in even easier for passengers at the airport while also reducing airline costs. The new solution will initially be available to passengers flying SAS and Norwegian.</p>

<p>Copenhagen Airport has signed an agreement with Norwegian-based DSG, which will be supplying an initial 12 self-service bag-drops.  This will allow passengers to get through Copenhagen Airport even faster since the self-service bag drops will significantly reduce the time passengers have to spend checking their baggage.</p>

<p>&#34;By far the majority of our passengers already check in on their own, either online, on their mobile phones or using one of the 83 check-in kiosks at the airport; and the opportunity to print and attach bag tags and drop their bags directly on the baggage belt means that passengers can get to their flights even more quickly than before,&#34; said Marie-Louise Lotz, head of passenger service at Copenhagen Airport.</p>

<p>&#34;Moreover, our passenger surveys show that travellers very much prefer do-it-yourself solutions, so we expect that the self-service bag-drop service will result in even greater passenger satisfaction.&#34;</p>

<p>Towards the end of the year<br />Copenhagen Airport expects to start using the new self-service bag-drops towards the end of 2013. Eight self-service bag drops will be opened in Terminal 3 and four in Terminal 2, and the service will initially only be available to passengers flying SAS and Norwegian, which together serve about 60% of all passengers flying out of Copenhagen.</p>

<p>In the longer term, the goal is to offer self-service bag-drop facilities to the largest possible number of passengers: a service and technology which will not only benefit passengers, but airlines as well.</p>

<p>Under its World Class Hub strategy, Copenhagen Airport is working to reduce what it costs for airlines to operate at Copenhagen Airport, and more access to self-service baggage drop facilities is part of this strategy, since it means that fewer staff will be needed at the check-in counters.</p>
