Hob-Knob Dismisses Lawsuit Against Zynga

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, January 20, 2012 – Hob Knob, LLC ("Hob Knob") has agreed to dismiss with prejudice the trade secret case it filed against Zynga in November 2011 (U.S. District Court Southern District of Florida).� Zynga denies all of Hob Knob's allegations and asserts that the lawsuit was without merit and designed to capitalize on Zynga's well-known brand and the timing of its December 2011 IPO.� Hob Knob disagrees with Zynga's assertions.� Zynga has not made any payment or provided any other compensation to Hob Knob.� The parties have no ongoing business relationship and are pleased to have this litigation matter expeditiously concluded.
